Executives & Committees

Air Gun – To organize and run the Air Gun Program and to maintain the air guns and target equipment in good repair and safe condition.

Archery – To organize and run archery shooting events and to maintain the archery range and target equipment in good repair and safe condition.

Audit – To perform , or have performed , an annual audit of the club’s financial transactions and annual financial statements and an audit report prepared thereon accordingly.

Finance – To perform various financial responsibilities including preparation of annual budgets and monthly financial statements , surplus cash investment ,maintenance of insurance coverage , etc.

Hand Gun – To organize and run hand gun shooting events and to maintain the hand gun range and target equipment in good repair and safe condition.

Hunters Education – To organize and conduct Hunters Education and Firearms Safety Courses.

Long Gun – To organize and run long gun shooting events and to maintain the long gun range and target equipment in good repair and safe condition.

Maintenance – To maintain the club house building , furnishings and equipment ; parking lots ; grounds; roads; road signs and perimeter fencing in good repair and safe condition.

Membership – To be responsible for membership issues including increasing the number of club members and communications with the club membership.

Program – To arrange for guest speakers and programs at the club monthly general meetings.

Publicity – To improve awareness of the club and its activities and programs in the community and in the club membership.

River Restoration – To participate in conservation projects relative to fish species , river systems and watersheds.

Shotgun – To organize and maintain the shotgun range and target equipment in good repair and safe condition.

Supper – To organize and conduct the annual fund raising supper of the club.
