Executive Meetings held every 2nd Wednesday of the month starting at 6:30PM with the exception of October meeting will be held 1st Wednesday.
If Executive Meeting date falls on the same week of the General Meeting, the Executive Meeting will be moved up to the 1st Wednesday of the month.
