During the past weekend, the Petitcodiac Sportsman’s Club conducted a Canadian Firearms Safety Course. We had 14 active, willing students consisting of youth and adult and male and female. The course was divided into classroom work on Friday evening and all day Saturday with testing held on Sunday. The PSC had seven of their new instructors involved in this course. I think I can speak for all when I say it was “a very enjoyable weekend.” A special thanks to Tyson MacCallum from DNRE and Dan Cree’s better half. She supplied some very delicious squares and cake, of which none was left by the end of Saturday. And all 14 students successfully passed the course.
